As HE Is, So Are We In This World

Fear, to me, is the spiritual accumulation of all things negative for a given situation, especially a goal one desires to accomplish. Just as God is Spirit (John 4:24) and is also called Love (1 John 4:16), there is an inferior, personal spirit and it is called Fear.

However, I have excellent news. "There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love." (1 John 4:18)

Father God's love was and is perfectly manifested in and through Christ Jesus (see John 17:26; Hebrews 1:3; Romans 8:31; 2 Corinthians 5:18-19; 1 John 4:10; Romans 8:31-32; 1 John 2:23; Romans 8:38-39). When we accept Christ's sacrifice over our life and choose to follow Him, we become a new creature in Him. 2 Corinthians 5:17 states it - "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come:  The old has gone, the new is here!" Being a new creation in Him, in Love, the spirit of Fear has no dominion over us. This is why this spirit belongs to the systems of the world.

Here is the encouragement for you - for all-time. The believer's Father and God, in addition to being the Ultimate Spirit, is Love. He manifested His love perfectly through Christ Jesus and continues to guide us by His Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit always points us back to Jesus and His victories over the enemy for us, so I will do the same. Jesus said,  “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” (John 16:32-33) 

Because Christ has overcome the systems of humanity ("world") and the enemy (spiritual), believers are by faith overcomers through Him. 

• 1 John 4:17 says, "This is how love is made complete among us so that we will have confidence on the day of judgment: In this world we are like Jesus." 

The question must be asked - With us, being still in this world, what is Jesus like at this moment? Christ Jesus is seated at Father God's right hand, victorious in every way with The Name above any and every name as His own. Let the King James Version be our Overcomer Declaration over the spirit of fear and anything else from here on out because we have every victory through Christ who paid the price. So, confess this with me and proclaim - "As HE Is, So Are We In This World."
